Yoga to maintain alignment and a better body-mind balance. This universally accessible discipline promotes flexibility, vitality, strength, relaxation and peace of mind. It helps reduce stress, mental agitation and physical tension and pain, while opening up a space for deep self-awareness.

Inspiration is a simple, accessible practice that soothes the nervous system, reduces stress and brings greater inner clarity. Breathing consciously means taking a break from the daily grind, regaining balance and energy, and getting closer to yourself.

Yoga in motion

An original class combining breathing, conscious stretching and gentle strengthening. Through a fluid approach, attentive to the body’s own movement, this class invites you to rediscover vitality, suppleness and inner balance.

Yoga in itself

This class, with its unique, meditative approach, invites you to listen to your body and your needs in the present moment. Through deep stretching and a soothing rhythm, they offer a genuine inner journey towards greater balance, clarity and lasting well-being.

Yoga fusion

Hybrid method combining elements of traditional yoga, fitness, Pilates, dance and kickboxing-inspired movements. This dynamic approach promotes a complete workout, improving strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination. It also stimulates proprioception – the body’s ability to perceive its position in space – essential for balance, fluidity of movement and injury prevention. Yoga fusion balances both physical vitality and mental equilibrium.

Since I favor a small group approach, I am able to remain attentive to the specific needs of each participant. My sessions include a fusion of movements, stretching and meditation to lead you to a level of deep “zenitude“.
